This isn’t just a basic admin role; it’s a pivotal position that ensures the seamless flow of our financial and human capital data. You’ll be a key player in our Soft Services division, handling critical tasks that keep our operations running smoothly.


What Makes This Role Unique?

As a Finance Admin Support, you’ll be the go-to person for all things payroll, contracts, and personnel changes. Your role is essential in maintaining accuracy, ensuring compliance, and supporting our teams. You’ll work with manual timesheets, monitor contracts, and process vital personnel documentation.

In this role, you will:

  • Master Payroll Administration: Collect and verify manual timesheets, accurately input data, and resolve any discrepancies. You’ll be a stickler for deadlines, ensuring our payroll cutoff dates are always met.
  • Oversee Contracts: Maintain a detailed database of all Fixed-Term Contracts (FTCs), proactively monitoring expiration dates and processing all necessary documentation for renewals or terminations.
  • Manage Personnel Changes: Handle Personnel Change Advice (PCA) forms for everything from role transfers to promotions, ensuring all changes are processed seamlessly and in line with company procedures.
  • Ensure Compliance: Maintain all payroll and contract-related records and assist with both internal and external audits.

Are You the Perfect Fit?

We’re looking for an entry-level professional with a Matric certificate and proven experience in payroll administration. You should have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. A basic understanding of Fixed-Term Contracts and HR processes is essential.
