The University of Oxford is offering the Reach Oxford Scholarships (formerly Oxford Student Scholarships) for outstanding students from developing countries who face financial, political, or educational constraints preventing them from studying for a degree in their home countries.

ELIGIBILITY AND TARGET GROUP
This scheme is highly competitive and suitable only for candidates who have secured an offer from the University of Oxford and demonstrate the highest academic ability.
- Nationality: Applicants must be nationals of countries that receive Official Development Assistance from the Development Assistance Committee (DAC) of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD). - Need & Commitment: Strong emphasis is placed on documented financial need and evidence of social commitment.
- Residency: Applicants are expected to be intending to return to their country of ordinary residence upon completion of their studies.
- Priority: Preference will be given to students who have not previously studied at the undergraduate level.
SCHOLARSHIP VALUE AND DURATION
The Reach Oxford Scholarship is comprehensive, covering major expenses for the entire duration of the course (3 or 4 years, depending on the program):
- Full payment of Tuition Fees and College Fees.
- A generous grant for living expenses.
- One return air fare per year to and from your home country.
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
To be considered for this prestigious scholarship, applicants must follow a two-stage process:
- University Application: Candidates must submit an application to the University of Oxford through UCAS by the deadline of 15 October 2025 and be successful in gaining an offer for a place in the 2026 intake.
- Scholarship Application: If an offer is received, applicants must then complete the dedicated Undergraduate Scholarships online application form. The application period for the 2026 entry will open on 14 January 2026, with a final submission deadline of 12:00 noon (UK time) on 4 February 2026.
