About the Role
We’re seeking a dynamic Wealth Account Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Regional Investment Executive, this role focuses on delivering the full Old Mutual Wealth proposition to Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs) contracted within Broker Distribution.

The ideal candidate will have a strong investment background, exceptional relationship management skills, and a results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of existing Independent Financial Advisor (IFA) practices.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with IFAs.
• Oversee all contracted IFA deliverables across practice segments.
• Grow the share of wallet within each IFA/practice.
• Drive retention of existing business and client satisfaction.
• Increase Net Client Cash Flow through effective engagement and strategy.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (Tertiary qualification advantageous).
• Preferably BComm / CFP qualification.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience working with a top-tier investment practice.
• RE5 certification (or to be obtained within 18 months).
• Basic understanding of Risk and Risk Management.
• Own reliable transport and a valid driver’s license.
