What You’ll Do for the Brand

As a VIP Security Officer, you’ll be on the front lines, ensuring the safety and security of our premises. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Site Security: You’ll conduct perimeter patrols before opening and closing, monitor for suspicious activity, and ensure the free flow of traffic.
• Access Control: You’ll be responsible for scanning all guests and team members entering the premises, ensuring that no unauthorized items or individuals enter the building.
• Guest Service: You’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, greeting them with a friendly “Good day, welcome to Hollywood” and providing excellent service with a smile. You’ll proactively address complaints and ensure every guest feels welcome and respected.
• Compliance & Vigilance: You’ll ensure that all security procedures are followed, from carrying a two-way radio and panic button to reporting any faulty equipment. You’ll be highly observant at all times to prevent theft and report any irregularities.

What You Bring to the Team

We’re looking for someone who is registered with the PSIRA (Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority). A valid driver’s license and previous security experience would be a bonus.
