What Makes This Role Unique?

As a VIP Security Officer, you are the first impression of our brand and a critical part of our safety and operations. Your role goes beyond basic security; you are a brand ambassador, a vigilant protector, and a customer service professional all in one.

In this role, you will:

• Ensure Security: Conduct perimeter patrols, monitor for suspicious movements, and be extremely vigilant at all times, especially during opening and closing procedures. You’ll also manage our security equipment to ensure it’s always in good working order.
• Master Access Control: Use scanners to search all guests and team members entering the branch, enforce our no-bags and no-weapons policy, and direct traffic to ensure a smooth flow.
• Provide Excellent Guest Service: As the first point of contact, you’ll be responsible for greeting guests warmly and providing a positive, courteous, and helpful experience at all times.
• Maintain Professionalism: Adhere to a strict code of conduct that prohibits casual conversations while on duty, using cell phones, or being under the influence of alcohol. You will be expected to maintain a high level of physical fitness and wear your full uniform with pride.
• Collaborate and Report: Work with the Branch Manager and Senior Team Leader to ensure all protocols are followed, assist with stock reception, and submit daily reports.

Are You the Perfect Fit?

We’re looking for a skilled individual who is registered with PSIRA (Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority). Having a valid driver’s license and previous security experience is a definite bonus.
