🚀 The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Value-Added Services (VAS) Administrator to join our Team in Durban. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing essential TUV and VAS operations support to our Mobile, Retail, and Stakeholders teams nationally, focusing on back-end systems administration and ensuring operational efficiency.

🔑 Key Responsibilities (What You’ll Do For The Brand)

This role requires a blend of administrative, financial, operational, and project coordination skills:

I. Data Integrity & Reporting

• Ensure sales figures for all current and potential Value-Added Services are recorded accurately and timeously.

• Prepare comprehensive reports on TUV and VAS sales (including airtime, data, electricity, DSTV) across all stores, branches, and transactions via Kazang promotional devices.

• Track shortages and discrepancies at branches and outlets, performing reconciliation or detailed reporting.

• Oversee the batch creation process (checking all batches and required documents) in accordance with the company’s internal control procedures.

II. Systems Administration & Operations

• Manage the administration and rollout of TUV terminals (Holly POS) at branches and outlets.

• Monitor and maintain any internally used Point of Sale devices for marketing and promotional purposes, including data top-ups, sales tracking, cash management, and reconciliation.

• Ensure all Mobile TUV and VAS terminals have sufficient credit for usage and assign credit based on approved authorizations.

• Handle the creation of voucher batches for stakeholders such as Kazang, Blue Label, OneApp, and A2Pay.

• Assist the VAS senior team with distributor documentation and all necessary administrative functions.

III. Stakeholder & Operational Support

• Coordinate all activities relating to TUV and VAS, working closely with the Operations, Audits, and Finance departments.

• Provide timely TUV and VAS support to branches, Mobile Managers, and the Hollywood Contact Centre.

• Update and facilitate training and information sharing on TUV and VAS products for internal teams.

• Monitor distributor’s payment terms to ensure compliance with agreement terms.

IV. Project & Development

• Project manage the full life cycle of new Value-Added Services rollouts, from inception to production. This includes drafting Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), coordinating integration with various teams, and managing operational and marketing rollout.

• Seek and build leads for new VAS opportunities and maintain strong relationships with relevant stakeholders.

• Assist with TUV and VAS promotions, competitions, campaigns, and branch incentives.

✅ Minimum Requirements (What You Bring)

• Proven experience in a Call Centre, Customer Service, Administration, and/or Marketing environment.

• Demonstrable ability to manage and maintain accurate financial and sales data.
