Role Overview

Hollywoodbets is seeking a VAS Administrator to provide critical support for TUV and Value-Added Services (VAS) operations nationally. The role involves assisting the VAS department with back-end systems administration, reporting, and operational support for mobile, retail, and stakeholder teams.


Key Responsibilities

Operational Support

  • Record and report all sales figures related to TUV and VAS accurately and on time.
  • Maintain and report on VAS transactions via Kazang promo devices.
  • Support integration and rollout of VAS in branches and outlets.
  • Manage projects across the full lifecycle of VAS initiatives, from inception to production.
  • Monitor distributor compliance with payment terms.
  • Administer batch creation and documentation processes in line with company procedures.
  • Ensure branches follow cash-up policies and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Support TUV and VAS promotions, campaigns, and branch incentives.
  • Roll out and administer TUV terminals (Holly POS) and ensure adequate credit allocation.
  • Create voucher batches for partners such as Kazang, Blue Label, OneApp, A2Pay.
  • Update and maintain outlet and customer information nationally.

Stakeholder & Customer Support

  • Assist the Hollywood Contact Centre and internal departments with TUV and VAS queries.
  • Provide TUV and VAS support to branches and mobile managers.
  • Review and reconcile sales with regional teams.
  • Top up airtime accounts and suspend unprinted vouchers as needed.
  • Collaborate with operations, audit, and finance departments to ensure smooth workflows.

Training & Administration

  • Update VAS and TUV product training materials.
  • Facilitate training sessions and information sharing across departments.
  • Provide weekend support for major events or when required.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements & Skills

  • Previous experience in Call Centre, Customer Service, Administration, or Marketing.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage national-scale operations.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
