About the Role: Your Mission as a Trade Executive 🍽️
As a Trade Executive, you will be on the front lines, executing our customer engagement strategy to drive business growth. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you will be accountable for delivering on key business targets and fostering strong relationships with our trade partners and distributors.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Driving Sales Targets: You’ll be accountable for delivering business targets for your assigned territory, focusing on turnover, volume, and market penetration.
- Building Relationships: You’ll build and nurture strong relationships with wholesalers, distributors, and their teams to ensure a collaborative and effective partnership.
- Strategic Planning: You’ll develop and execute joint business plans with our trade partners, using data to identify opportunities for growth and create measurable KPIs.
- Digital and Data-Driven Selling: You’ll embrace digital selling by driving demand creation through online platforms and using data insights to inform your sales strategies and cross-selling efforts.
- Market Insights: You will have a deep understanding of the competitor landscape, tracking pricing, market activity, and new product launches to maintain a competitive edge.
Who We’re Looking For 🌟
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, strategic, and agile individual who is energized by delivering fantastic results. You have a proven track record in sales, with a deep understanding of the FMCG or foodservice industry.
Here’s what you need to bring to the table:
- Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the foodservice industry.
- Qualifications: A relevant sales qualification.
- Key Skills: You have strong strategic selling skills, a full understanding of the customer landscape, and the ability to turn business insights into actionable plans.
- Leadership Traits: You take personal accountability for your results, have an owner’s mindset, and are constantly looking for better ways to do things.
