🎯 About the Role

This position, functioning as a CI Champion (CIC), is responsible for providing and ensuring technical and safety support for site pit conditions, requiring liaison with client personnel. The CI Champion must be resourceful, focused on monitoring compliance with pit standards, improving operations, driving continuous improvement, and maintaining a high level of participation in the safe running of the on-site operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safety and Compliance: Provide technical and safety support for pit conditions.

• Inspections and Reporting: Conduct Pit Inspections (Relive) and prepare Pit Reports.

• Performance Monitoring: Maintain and update the CI Project Dashboard for weekly client display and provide weekly focus areas and messages (Pit Condition Danger/Risk Area for Tyre Damages).

• Data and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inspections, findings, and recommendations.

• Advanced Reporting: Generate Site Severity Reports (Superintendents/OEM), Condition Based Road Monitoring Reports, and Pit Progress DOT/6-Week Comparison reports.

• Otracom Management: Manage daily pressures, change slips, and scrap reports via the Otracom platform.

• Collaboration and Training: Collaborate with mining teams for safe and efficient operation and conduct Tyre Awareness Training.

• Recognition: Administer the CI project tyre recognition (quarterly operator’s recognition for best tyre safe operators).
