What You’ll Be Doing

As a Systems and Support Analyst, you’ll be a crucial part of our 2nd-level support team. You will:

• Log, resolve, and monitor IT system queries and problems, acting as a bridge between users and technical support.
• Manage application releases, ensuring timely delivery and effective problem resolution.
• Maintain and update application software to minimize downtime and prevent production issues.
• Generate reports and statistics to analyze application performance and its impact on the business.
• Collaborate with teams to increase operational efficiency and find cost-effective solutions.
• Translate business strategies into actionable IT projects, aligning technology with our strategic objectives.

You’ll also have the opportunity to engage in continuous learning, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Systems and Application support, with 1 to 2 years at a specialist level.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with frameworks like Abinitio DI, Abinitio Control-M, AWS Redshift, and EMR.
