What Does This Role Entail?

As a Student Advisor, your primary goal is to grow and maintain the Capsicum Culinary Studio brand while achieving our targeted growth. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Building the Brand: You’ll be on the front lines, helping to build and maintain the reputation of our brand within the community.
• Achieving Growth Targets: Your sales skills will be crucial in reaching our enrollment goals. You’ll work in a target-driven environment and present to people from all walks of life.
• Administrative Excellence: You’ll ensure that all administrative duties and reports are completed accurately and on time, keeping management informed of your progress.
• Community Engagement: You’ll contribute to the local community, project the values of Capsicum, and help implement our plans to decrease our carbon footprint.
• Adhering to Standards: You’ll ensure that all policies and processes set by legislation and accreditation bodies are strictly followed.

Are You the Perfect Match?

We’re looking for a motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.

You will be an ideal candidate if you have:

• A 3-year Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (NQF level 7) in Business, Marketing, Public Relations, Communication, or a similar field.
• 2 years of experience in a target-driven sales environment with presentation experience.
• 1 year of general sales experience.
• A valid driver’s license and your own vehicle.
• Strong time management and planning skills.
