What You’ll Do

As a key member of our team, you’ll be responsible for a wide range of strategic and operational tasks:

• Marketing Strategy: You’ll develop and implement marketing strategies and lead multi-channel campaigns to drive lead generation and customer engagement.
• Client Relations: You’ll build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships and analyze customer feedback to implement service improvements.
• Brand Management: You’ll lead brand positioning and rebranding efforts in collaboration with our Corporate Marketing team.
• Digital & Content: You’ll manage social media, content creation, and website management to drive digital growth.
• Event Coordination: You’ll coordinate events, expos, and sponsorships to promote our brand and products.

This role also involves managing the Welverdiend Guesthouse and Pot & Plant operations and contributing to employee soft skills training.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (an Honours degree is a plus). You should have 10+ years of experience in strategic marketing and client relations, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role.

The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Afrikaans and English, possess strong project management and analytical skills, and have a valid driver’s license.
