In this role, you will be the guardian of our F&B inventory, ensuring that our outlets are always stocked with everything they need to deliver a top-notch customer experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Storeman, you’ll be at the heart of our stock control operations. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Stock Management: You will receive and check all deliveries against invoices, meticulously documenting any variances. You’ll ensure all stock is properly received and stored, following the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) method to prevent waste.
• Logistics: You’ll manage the transfer of food and beverage items to various outlets, ensuring all movements are authorized and securely documented.
• Reporting and Reconciliation: You’ll monitor and record temperatures, investigate discrepancies, and collaborate with other departments to resolve queries related to stock. You’ll also participate in monthly stock takes.
• Compliance: You’ll ensure all stock is stored according to safety standards and that all records and documentation are accurately maintained for review.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking someone with a Grade 12 certificate that includes math and numeracy. You should have a minimum of one year of experience in F&B stores or inventory control. Experience with IFS is a distinct advantage.

The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, have excellent checking and problem-solving skills, and a strong sense of accountability. You should also be comfortable working with data, reports, and various administrative tasks.
