Overview
Power Fashion is seeking an experienced, results-focused Store Manager to lead operations at our Centurion Mall location in Centurion, Gauteng.
The Store Manager holds comprehensive responsibility for the overall performance of the store. This includes maximizing sales turnover, controlling operational costs, mitigating stock loss, and ensuring consistent excellence in customer experience and team leadership.

Key Performance Areas and Responsibilities
The Store Manager is accountable for performance across all financial, operational, and people-management functions:
A. Sales and Profitability Management

Target Achievement: Consistently achieve and/or exceed all mandated sales and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets for the store.

Revenue Generation: Proactively implement and promote sales growth strategies to maximize store turnover.

Financial Control: Effectively manage stock levels and control expenses to meet and optimize business profitability targets.
B. Operational Excellence and Loss Prevention

Stock Integrity: Ensure the stock loss benchmark is strictly maintained through rigorous inventory controls and adherence to security procedures.

Productivity: Utilize all store resources and assets effectively to maximize overall store productivity and operational efficiency.

Policy Compliance: Act as the custodian of all company policies and procedures, ensuring all operational standards, including stock management and administrative protocols, are met.

Maintenance: Monitor and ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the store and staff areas are maintained in strict adherence to all relevant company and legal standards.
C. Leadership and Team Development

Accountability & Training: Assume full accountability for the management, coaching, and comprehensive training of all store associates.

Culture Maintenance: Uphold the company culture by fostering a respectful and professional working environment, driving team engagement and performance.
D. Customer Experience

Service Standards: Ensure that all staff interaction with customers results in an above-average customer service level that reinforces brand loyalty.
Minimum Requirements and Qualifications
| Category | Requirement |
| Education | Matric / Grade 12 Certificate (Proficiency in Mathematics is considered an advantage). |
| Experience | Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in a Retail Store Management or Assistant Store Manager role, preferably within a similar high-volume retail environment. |
| Communication | Excellent business English, both verbal and written, essential for staff training, professional correspondence, and effective communication. |
