Lead Our Clicks Rand Steam Team as a Store Manager

Are you a seasoned retail leader with a passion for driving sales and creating an exceptional customer experience? Clicks Group is looking for a Store Manager to lead our team at the Rand Steam location. What You’ll Be Responsible For

As the Store Manager, you’ll be the heart of our operations. Your core objective is to ensure the store runs efficiently and achieves its targets. This includes:

• Driving Sales & Profitability: You will take charge of the store’s financial performance, managing targets, controlling expenses, and maximizing sales.
• Operational Excellence: You’ll oversee all day-to-day activities, including stock management, merchandising, and ensuring a visually appealing store that aligns with our brand.
• Team Leadership: You will be responsible for leading, developing, and motivating a diverse team. This includes hiring, scheduling, and ensuring your team has the skills and resources to succeed.
• Customer-Centric Focus: Your leadership will ensure our store delivers a great customer experience, fosters loyalty, and meets all service standards.

Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail/FMCG store management role, specifically managing a store with an annual turnover of at least R50 million. You should have extensive people management experience, a strong understanding of financial management, and a Grade 12 certificate with at least 50% in Maths and English. A Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field is essential for external applicants.
