What You’ll Be Doing

• Strategic Management: You’ll develop and implement a strategic plan for the store that aligns with company goals. You’ll be responsible for growing transactions, sales, and market share.
• Team Leadership: You’ll manage all human resources aspects, from manpower planning and succession planning to training, development, and employee relations. You’ll lead your team to success.
• Operational Excellence: You’ll ensure the store meets all standards for housekeeping, merchandising, and safety. You’ll also manage inventory, control expenses, and protect company assets.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• A Grade 12 certificate with at least 3 years of related retail management experience or 5 years of related retail management experience.
• Strong leadership, administrative, and Human Resources management skills.
• Well-developed business acumen and basic computer literacy.
• The ability to work under pressure and a high level of attention to detail.
• Own transport and a valid driver’s license are preferable.
