Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Store Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, leading your team to achieve business goals and maintain world-class standards. Your role is essential to our success, encompassing everything from driving sales to fostering a positive store culture.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Driving Sales & Service: Increase sales by ensuring top-tier customer service, maintaining a pristine store image, and effectively implementing promotions.
• Cost & Risk Management: Mitigate stock loss by upholding security measures and cash-handling procedures, and manage costs to align with the company’s low-cost culture.
• Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and train a dynamic team, taking responsibility for their performance and professional development.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure all administrative duties are completed accurately and on time, while maintaining a safe and clean store environment.

The ideal candidate is an organized, resilient, and passionate individual with a strong foundation in retail leadership.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

• Education: A Grade 12 education is required. A degree or diploma in a business or retail-related field is a definite advantage.
• Experience: Ideally 1-2 years of experience in a retail leadership role.
• Skills: Proficiency in English, and strong interpersonal, communication, and managerial skills. Computer literacy (Microsoft and/or Google GSuite) is a plus.
• Attributes: A passion for retail, integrity, the ability to work under pressure, and a willingness to work retail hours are essential for this role.
