What You’ll Be Doing

As a Specialist Sales Fixed, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of our go-to-market strategy. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Technical Sales Support: You’ll provide technical sales support to our sales teams and customers. You’ll conduct product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and trials to drive sales and collaborate with Solution Architects and Product Managers to ensure technical accuracy and alignment with customer needs.
  • Sales Growth: You’ll be a key driver of revenue, identifying and capturing new sales opportunities, including up-sell and cross-sell. You’ll also design and drive programs that enable interconnected offers, creating a more effortless experience for our customers.
  • Market Strategy: You will own and deliver the product go-to-market strategy for our value propositions, developing technical sales collateral and training programs for the broader sales and account teams.
  • Stakeholder Management: You’ll build collaborative partnerships and alliances with internal and external stakeholders to achieve market success. You’ll also assist Sales Executives and Account Managers in identifying and scoping sales leads.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate for this role is a proactive and resilient individual with a deep technical background in fixed sales.

  • Experience: A minimum of 5+ years of technical sales experience is required.
  • Knowledge: You must have in-depth knowledge of fixed data communication technologies (SD-WAN, MPLS, IP VPN) and voice communication technologies (IPT, NGN, IN, SIP). A high-level understanding of mobile data, cloud, cyber security, and IoT is also beneficial.
  • Education: A B Degree/Equivalent in a technical field is essential. Postgraduate qualifications are a plus.
  • Skills: You must have strong business development and relationship management skills. We’re looking for a self-starter who can work in an international and distributed virtual team and lead in high-growth, high-uncertainty environments.
