What We’re Looking For

To be a good fit, you should have:

• 3+ years of experience in software development or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Java, JavaScript, C/C++, HTML, XML, SQL, or .NET.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies like Agile or Waterfall.
• An understanding of data modeling and data manipulation.
• Experience with unit testing and debugging.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is helpful but not required; we highly value equivalent experience.
