You’ll work within our Payments Transaction Switching team, where your expertise will be crucial in engineering the core of real-time financial transactions that millions of clients rely on every day.

This high-impact role involves designing, developing, testing, and deploying software systems that power our bank’s functionality. You’ll be using your skills in advanced programming concepts, data structures, and design patterns to create robust server-side components.

We’re Looking for a Specific Set of Skills 💻

Our ideal candidate has a passion for innovation and a solid background in software development. You should have:

• 3+ years of proven experience in back-end software development.
• Strong development skills in Java.
• Practical understanding of ISO8583 message protocols and card transaction flows.
• Experience with cryptographic tools and HSMs.
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with Agile and DevOps principles.
• Knowledge of microservices, event-driven architectures, and cloud platforms.

We’re also specifically looking for a Postilion SDK Developer to craft custom modules that drive secure, lightning-fast card and EFT switching. This is your chance to directly shape the performance and resilience of our core payment infrastructure.
