Join Our Team: Senior Talent Management Specialist – Industrial Psychologist

Are you an experienced Industrial Psychologist looking to shape the future of talent at a leading healthcare organization? Mediclinic Southern Africa Corporate Office is seeking a Senior Talent Management Specialist to join our team in Stellenbosch. This is a permanent, hybrid-work role where you’ll be at the forefront of designing and implementing our talent strategy.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead Talent Strategy: Design, maintain, and implement talent frameworks focused on strategic workforce planning, succession, and skills development.
• Oversee Assessments: Act as the Supervising Industrial Psychologist, ensuring the ethical and effective application of assessments across the division.
• Analyze Data: Generate key insights on workforce capabilities and potential to inform data-driven talent decisions.
• Collaborate and Embed: Work with HR and business leaders to integrate new tools and frameworks into daily practice.
• Drive Success: Lead the development and continuous improvement of competency frameworks and succession planning processes.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: A Master’s degree in Industrial/Organisational Psychology is essential. Accreditation in various psychometric tools or a coaching certification is a plus.
• Experience: A minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in HR, Talent, or Organisational Effectiveness, with at least 3 years at a specialist or consultant level leading design frameworks.
• Skills & Knowledge: You should have expertise in strategic workforce planning, succession planning, and the development of competency frameworks. We are seeking someone with strong skills in psychometric assessments, data analytics, stakeholder engagement, and change management.
