Hollywoodbets is seeking a Senior Sports Content Coordinator to create and manage engaging content across social media platforms, driving brand awareness, audience growth, and sales. The role also contributes to broader social and sports content strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day output on social channels, including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, ensuring timely and relevant posts.
• Set high standards across all social channels, maintaining brand style and tone of voice.
• Contribute content ideas in-house and in response to commercial partner briefs.
• Support marketing campaigns, video content, and podcasts alongside the wider team.
• Manage social team rosters for adequate coverage during sporting events.
• Handle team invoicing, liaising with contributors and finance.
• Analyse channel performance, monitor trends, and optimise engagement.
• Work weekends and evenings during major sporting events.
• Write sports content, with strong knowledge of football and sports betting.
• Collaborate with internal teams and manage brand partnership activities.
• Test campaigns, analyse key metrics, and identify opportunities to increase social presence.
• Work across digital marketing functions, including email, SMS, affiliate marketing, and SEO.
• Ensure effective communication of business campaigns and updates within the team.
• Oversee team schedules, attendance, behavior, and HR documentation compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing or relevant field.
• Proven experience in social media management and campaign strategies.
• In-depth knowledge of the social media marketing industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills.
• Strong interpersonal, relationship building, and networking skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends.
