Are you an experienced digital communications expert with a strategic mindset and a passion for building a strong brand presence? Our client is seeking a dedicated Senior Specialist: Digital Communications to join their team in Centurion, Gauteng.

This is a key leadership role where you will be responsible for the full digital communications strategy for a major corporate entity. You will not only manage digital channels and agencies but also play a critical role in enhancing executive visibility and ensuring the company remains at the forefront of digital communication trends.

What You’ll Do

As the Senior Specialist, you will be instrumental in a wide range of strategic and operational tasks:

• Strategic Leadership: You’ll develop and implement an integrated digital communications strategy aligned with corporate objectives, ensuring the company’s digital presence is competitive and innovative.
• Channel & Agency Oversight: You’ll oversee all digital communication channels, manage external agencies, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
• Executive Visibility: You’ll develop and execute strategies to enhance the digital visibility and thought leadership of the Group’s Executive Committee.
• Innovation & Compliance: You’ll continuously monitor digital trends, identify opportunities for innovation, and ensure all digital communications adhere to corporate governance and regulatory requirements.

You’ll be a key player in enhancing the company’s visibility, strengthening its reputation, and driving measurable improvements in digital engagement and reach.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field (a Master’s degree is a plus). You should have 7+ years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a management role.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing digital communication strategies, experience with managing agencies and budgets, and a strong understanding of digital platforms and analytics. We’re looking for a strategic thinker who is results-driven, collaborative, and professional.
