What You’ll Do

This isn’t just a coding job—it’s a leadership role. As a senior member of our team, you’ll be instrumental in shaping our technical landscape. You’ll work on the full lifecycle of our web applications, from initial design to deployment and maintenance.

Your day-to-day will involve:

• Leading Full-Stack Development: Drive the end-to-end design, development, and maintenance of our web applications, ensuring they meet the highest standards for performance and user experience.
• Driving Architectural Decisions: Your expertise will be crucial in making key architectural and system design choices that ensure our solutions are scalable and maintainable.
• Mentoring the Next Generation: You’ll play a vital role in mentoring and guiding junior and intermediate developers, sharing your knowledge and helping the team grow.
• Championing Best Practices: You will lead code reviews, establish testing strategies, and implement DevOps practices to optimize our development processes.

Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with 8+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering. You are a leader in both technical and domain knowledge, and you’re passionate about delivering complex projects.

Here’s what you need to succeed:

• Technical Expertise: You’re a pro with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js. You also have strong back-end skills in languages like JavaScript, Python, or Ruby.
• Database Mastery: You’re comfortable designing and optimizing database schemas and writing complex queries for both relational and NoSQL databases.
• Cloud Experience: You have hands-on experience with cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and a solid understanding of DevOps principles.
• Leadership Skills: Previous experience in a leadership or mentorship role is essential. We need someone who can not only solve problems but also inspire and guide a team.
