Are you a high-performing sales leader with a proven track record of selling SaaS and consulting solutions to enterprise clients? Pragma, a leader in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions, is looking for a Senior Sales Executive to drive growth in South Africa. This is a permanent role based in Midrand, Gauteng, where you’ll be at the forefront of helping clients unlock operational efficiency and extend the life of their assets.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Senior Sales Executive, you’ll be a key driver of our business, responsible for the entire sales cycle for our strategic accounts. Your responsibilities will include:
- Business Development: You’ll identify, qualify, and develop new enterprise sales opportunities across targeted industries. You’ll be the one to open the door and show potential clients the value we can provide.
- Consultative Selling: This isn’t just about selling a product; it’s about positioning our SaaS and consulting solutions as integrated offerings that directly address a client’s needs. You’ll be a true solution partner.
- Deal Execution: You’ll manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from proposal development and negotiation to closing the deal. You’ll be the one to get it across the finish line.
- Collaboration: You’ll work closely with our consulting, delivery, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless and positive client experience.
- Hitting Targets: You’ll be expected to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas for both SaaS Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and consulting revenue.
What You’ll Bring to the Team
The ideal candidate for this role is an experienced and results-driven sales professional with a strong background in enterprise solutions.
- Experience: A minimum of 8 years of experience in enterprise sales is essential, with at least 5 years in SaaS solution selling. You should have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in the South African market.
- Qualifications: A tertiary qualification (certificate, diploma, or Bachelor’s degree) in a relevant field is required.
- Skills: You must have a strong background in selling consulting and managed solutions. Experience with long and complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders is a must. A strong network in asset-intensive industries like mining, utilities, manufacturing, or oil & gas is highly advantageous.
