What Will You Do in This Role?

As an IT System Administrator, you’ll be the backbone of our tech infrastructure. You’ll be responsible for the management and maintenance of our various resources and for providing crucial support to our team. Your work will directly contribute to the security and efficiency of our operations, allowing us to continue our mission.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• System Management: Handle the administration of computer resources, application and database access control, and IT service providers.
• User Support: Provide excellent service to end-users, quickly resolving any issues they encounter.
• Security & Automation: Implement and maintain security policies, manage credentials, and automate internal processes to improve efficiency.
• Installation & Configuration: Install and configure the various applications used within our organization.

Are You the Perfect Fit?

We’re looking for someone who is not only technically skilled but also a great communicator and a team player. You should have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 2+ years of experience providing support for Linux, Windows, and Mac OS architectures.
• Intermediate knowledge of a programming language.
• Strong knowledge of IT technologies, including system administration, network management, cloud services (Slack, Google Workspace, SSO), and computer security concepts.
