  • Partner with internal teams (Finance, Product, Risk, and Capital Management) to deliver insightful, accurate reports.
  • Collaborate with the MyMI team to develop and automate reporting dashboards.
  • Translate complex financial data into clear, business-oriented insights.
  • Drive continuous improvements in reporting quality, automation, and timeliness.

📊 Scorecard Development & Performance Tracking

  • Design and maintain automated scorecards for bankers and client teams.
  • Align scorecards with CIB performance objectives and KPIs.
  • Lead monthly and bi-annual performance reviews with detailed commentary.
  • Respond to ad-hoc performance queries and provide analytical support.

🧮 Budgeting, Forecasting & Planning

  • Lead the budgeting process for ARO and International Coverage businesses.
  • Develop rolling forecasts and scenario models to enable agile decision-making.
  • Analyze budget vs. actual results, identifying performance trends and improvement opportunities.

💼 RWA and Capital Management Engagement

  • Partner with the Capital Management team to optimize capital allocation.
  • Conduct RWA analysis across sectors and countries.
  • Support budget cascades and capital usage reviews.

📈 Data Quality & MI Collaboration

  • Ensure integrity and reliability of financial data across all reporting platforms.
  • Work with the MI team to enhance reconciliation, data accuracy, and system efficiency.

🤝 Business Partnering & Strategic Insight

  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders.
  • Communicate financial insights clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Drive a culture of strategic thinking, collaboration, and continuous learning.

🎓 Education & Experience

  • Postgraduate Degree / Professional Qualification in Financial Sciences (Required).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Professional certifications like CIMA, CA(SA), or ACCA are advantageous.
  • 5+ years’ experience in finance, ideally within banking, financial services, or audit.
