Role Overview
The Client Relationship Consultant: Niche will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound communication with clients, ensuring every interaction delivers excellent service and strengthens client relationships. The role involves handling complex queries, providing accurate product information, and maintaining efficient communication systems to ensure seamless client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound client calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Deliver high-quality service that exceeds customer expectations.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
  • Utilize IT systems accurately to manage and record all client interactions.
  • Resolve client queries effectively and refer only complex cases to the appropriate departments.
  • Handle complex payment-related queries and amendments.
  • Provide accurate product information in line with company protocols.
  • Support administrative and operational functions to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree, Diploma, or Grade 12 with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong understanding of customer service and administration.
  • Knowledge of compliance, accreditation, and quality assurance processes.
