What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and Inspire: Guide multiple large-scale projects within a robust Agile framework.
• Drive Decisions: Facilitate key decision-making to keep projects on track and aligned with business strategy.
• Manage with Precision: Oversee project financials, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure cost-effective delivery.
• Collaborate and Facilitate: Run Agile ceremonies and foster cross-team collaboration to break down barriers.
• Report to Stakeholders: Prepare and present professional reports and dashboards to executive stakeholders.
• Ensure Compliance: Uphold governance, risk, and control frameworks at every stage.

Who We’re Looking For

• Experience: You have 8-10 years of experience in project management, specifically within the banking or financial services industry.
• Agile Expertise: You’re a true Agile expert, with strong Scrum Master skills and exposure to the SAFe framework.
• Proven Track Record: You have a history of successfully delivering large, complex programs in dynamic, challenging environments.
• Technical Skills: You’re hands-on with tools like Jira, Confluence, and MSP.
• Qualifications: You hold a Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, along with relevant certifications like PMP, Prince2, or SAFe.
