Are you a seasoned security professional with a passion for hospitality and a knack for leadership? We’re looking for a dedicated Security Manager to join the Hilton family and play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our guests, team members, and property.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Security Manager, you’ll be the pillar of safety and security for our hotel. You’ll lead and coordinate a team of security personnel, ensuring a safe and seamless experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading and supervising the security team and outsourced personnel.
• Coordinating with government and law enforcement agencies as needed.
• Managing security operations for all incidents, including building evacuations and emergencies.
• Enforcing property surveillance and patrolling to prevent losses and damage.
• Responding to guest feedback and taking swift action to resolve any security concerns.
• Developing and implementing emergency programs and training new and existing team members on security procedures.
• Acting as a brand ambassador and role model, promoting a culture of safety and service.

This role isn’t just about managing security—it’s about being a positive and active member of our team, contributing to a thriving work environment, and even helping out in other departments during busy periods.

Who We’re Looking For

We need a leader who is organized, systematic, and committed to delivering the highest level of customer service.

Minimum requirements:

• Experience: Previous security industry experience in a managerial capacity.
• Skills: Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. You must be accountable, resilient, and able to work under pressure.
• Qualities: A systematic approach to problem-solving, a commitment to high grooming standards, and the flexibility to respond to a variety of situations.

It would be a significant advantage if you have:

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• First Aid and Firefighting qualifications.
• IT proficiency and Fire combat training.
