Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you will be a key player in ensuring smooth and efficient sales activities within the region. Your responsibilities will include:

• Sales Support: Leading the execution of sales operations tasks, including reservations, ticketing, refunds, group sales, and general sales administration.
• Customer Service: Delivering exceptional service and clear communication to external trade partners regarding campaigns, policy changes, and fare updates.
• Data and Reporting: Maintaining an up-to-date database of trade partners and producing regular reports on key departmental performance metrics.
• System Management: Using and maintaining platforms like Galaxy and the Trade portal, processing refunds, and handling commercial tool kit requests.
• Mentorship: Guiding junior colleagues to maintain high standards of service delivery.

Qualifications and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Experience: A high school qualification or equivalent with at least 3 years of job-related experience. This should include experience in reservations, ticketing, sales support, group sales, or tariffs.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and a good working knowledge of airline processes, systems (like Amadeus and GDSes), and the travel industry in general.
• Key Attributes: Strong relationship-building and communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to mentor and foster teamwork.
