What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Sales Manager, you will be a key driver of our growth and competitiveness. Your role is about more than just managing a team; it’s about leading a business.

• Strategic Planning: You’ll develop and execute strategic business and sales plans to achieve predetermined volume and market share targets.
• Customer Relationships: You will ensure your team provides excellent customer service, builds sound business relationships, and develops tailored service packages to meet client needs.
• Team Leadership: You’ll be responsible for managing and developing your team, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring they have the skills and resources to succeed.
• Operational Excellence: You will oversee the implementation of promotional activities, monitor retail pricing, and ensure compliance with company policies and product quality standards.

Who We’re Looking For:

The ideal candidate has a Degree or Diploma in sales and marketing and 3-5 years of management experience. You must be a skilled negotiator, a strong leader, and possess excellent interpersonal skills. A valid driver’s license is also essential.
