Your Mission: Drive Growth, Inspire Advisers
As a Sales Manager, you will be at the heart of our mission. Your primary role will be to lead and manage a team of Financial Advisers, helping them provide our clients with exceptional financial planning and product solutions. You’ll be a key driver of growth, responsible for expanding our footprint and increasing new business.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor your team of Financial Advisers, fostering a high-performance culture and a results-driven mindset.
- New Business Growth: Drive new business volumes by recruiting talented new advisers and helping them vest successfully.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with your team and external stakeholders to ensure collaborative success.
- Strategic Implementation: Partner with leadership to implement strategic goals and drive the adoption of digital platforms and tools.
- Compliance and Governance: Ensure your team adheres to all FAIS and related legislation, maintaining the highest standards of compliance.
Who We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate has a relevant bachelor’s degree (in sales, marketing, or a related field) that is recognized by the FSCA. You must also have your RE5 certification, and RE1 can be obtained within six months.
We are seeking a professional with:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the retail industry.
- A proven track record in sales management and the recruitment of advisers.
- In-depth industry knowledge of the financial services sector.
- Strong business acumen and a drive for results.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and influence.
