A Day in the Life of a Mango5 Sales Manager

As our Sales Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind your team’s success. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading from the Front: You’ll manage a team of sales agents, ensuring they meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for short-term insurance products.
• Coaching & Development: You’ll provide regular feedback and coaching to strengthen your team’s sales skills and capability.
• Data-Driven Decisions: You’ll analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement effective sales strategies.
• Strategic Reporting: You’ll compile and present performance reports, insights, and action plans to senior management to ensure alignment with business objectives.

What You Bring to the Table

Requirements

• A minimum of Matric / Grade 12.
• 3+ years of experience in sales management or team leadership.
• A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of outbound sales processes.
• Experience in the short-term insurance industry is a significant advantage.
