POSITION: SALES EXECUTIVE (AGRI-MACHINERY SALES) – 2 POSTS

We are looking for a motivated Sales Officer to promote and sell agricultural machinery. The role
involves identifying customers, conducting product demos, and meeting sales targets while
supporting farmers with suitable mechanization solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive sales of agricultural machinery (tractors, planters, sprayers, harrow, etc.) within assigned territories.
Identify and engage prospective customers including individual farmers, cooperatives, and agro-dealers.
Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support to clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with the technical, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.

QUALIFICATIONS

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Mechanical Engineering, Sales &
Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in agricultural machinery or equipment.
Sound understanding of agricultural practices and machinery operations.
Proficient in customer engagement, negotiation, and closing sales.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Technical aptitude for demonstrating machinery features and benefits.

LOCATION: Ready to work in any region in Tanzania

DURATION: (FULL TIME)
