About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Drive Sales with Purpose: Match customers with the perfect homeware products to suit their needs and tastes.
- Achieve and Exceed Targets: Maximize sales opportunities while tracking and improving personal performance.
- Maintain Store Excellence: Keep shelves stocked, displays appealing, and the store environment inspiring for customers.
Requirements
- Matric certificate (Grade 12).
- Previous sales experience in a retail environment.
- Hospitality industry experience will be an advantage.
- Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving ability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail, organization, and initiative.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment.
