Your Mission: Driving Sales and Culture

Key Responsibilities:

• Exceptional Customer Service: Assist customers with enthusiasm, process transactions accurately, and contribute to a positive and energetic store environment.
• Drive Sales: Actively drive sales by utilizing product knowledge and offering expert styling advice. A proven strength in sales is essential!
• Brand Ambassador: Be a strong brand ambassador who embodies the company’s values and culture. Your passion for streetwear and youth culture is key.
• Store Presentation: Maintain high visual merchandising standards in line with the VANS brand image.
• Operations: Efficiently manage tasks like replenishing stock to keep the floor ready for action.

What You Need to Join the Crew 🎯

• Experience: At least 1 year of sales experience is required, along with relative experience working for a similar brand.
• Attitude: A motivated and positive attitude is a must.

• Culture Fit: A keen interest in streetwear, sneakers, extreme sports, and youth culture is essential.
• Availability: You must be available for weekend and retail holiday availability.
