This is a 5-month contract opportunity to be part of a leading-edge brand and deliver an exceptional customer experience. If you’re a proactive, friendly, and sales-driven individual, this role is perfect for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Sales Assistant, you’ll be the face of the brand. Your role is centered on creating a welcoming environment and ensuring every customer finds exactly what they need. Your responsibilities will include:

• Deliver Outstanding Customer Service: You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers. You’ll greet them, understand their needs, use your product knowledge to demonstrate benefits, and close the sale.
• Drive Sales: You’ll monitor your individual sales performance and actively work to secure add-on sales to meet your daily targets.
• Manage Inventory: You’ll help keep the store looking its best by replenishing footwear, apparel, and accessories. You’ll also assist with processing deliveries and minimizing shrinkage.
• Support Daily Operations: From maintaining a clean and tidy store to assisting the manager with opening and closing procedures, you’ll be a key part of the team that ensures the store runs smoothly.
• Commit to Learning: You’ll take ownership of your training and professional development. With a buddy system and regular training sessions, you’ll continuously build your skills and prepare for future opportunities.

Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is a motivated and reliable individual with a passion for retail and customer service.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
• Education: A Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
• Skills: A solid ability to deliver excellent customer service, a willingness to work flexible shifts, and knowledge of Crocs products is a plus.
