Job Purpose/Objective

The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for leading a team of Sales Representatives ensuring budgeted sales targets are achieved and exceeded. The successful incumbent will lead and develop a team of sales professionals maintaining positive and collaborative business relationships with both existing and new customers. The Sales Manager has a central role to play in effectively leading and implementing changes as an integral part of achieving assigned targets.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Manage the company’s social media platforms, website, and content creation, in collaboration with the social media administrator.
2. Enhance brand visibility and raise awareness of products and services among individuals, corporate entities, and professionals.
3. Develop and implement both long-term and short-term marketing strategies to support business growth.
4. Create and execute promotional strategies to expand the company’s market reach and penetrate new markets.
5. Maintain and uphold the company’s professional image through Corporate Social

Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.

6. Oversee the production of marketing materials (e.g., leaflets, flyers, brochures), including liaising with designers, printers, and ensuring timely updates of content.
7. Identify and secure advertising opportunities, including placements in local, regional, national media, and digital platforms.
8. Organize and attend industry events such as conferences, seminars, and exhibitions; manage promotional materials and corporate gifts.

9. Monitor competitor activities and gather market intelligence to inform marketing strategies.
10. Improve product marketability by capitalizing on branding opportunities, understanding customer needs, and evaluating competitor strengths and weaknesses.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor ‘s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
2. Over 4 years of experience in marketing (Beverage industry will be an added advantage)
3. Analytical thinker with a detail-oriented mindset.
