Mustek Limited, a leader in the Information Technology and Services industry, is looking for a Sales Administrator to join our team in Cape Town. This is an excellent entry-level role for a motivated individual ready to kickstart their career.


What You’ll Be Doing

As our Sales Administrator, you’ll be the backbone of our sales division, providing crucial support to our Sales Executives. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Processing Orders: You’ll handle a high volume of product orders received via telephone, email, and mail. You’ll ensure every order has the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers, and enter them accurately into our system.
  • Customer & Sales Support: You’ll be the go-to person for our sales team and customers. You’ll process invoices, update customer records, and handle incoming calls, all while communicating important customer feedback to the team.
  • Administration & Reporting: You’ll maintain meticulous sales records and provide key information that helps sales managers monitor performance and prepare reports. You’ll also handle tasks like processing staff timesheets and managing high volumes of email correspondence.

Do You Have What It Takes?

This is an entry-level contract position, and we’re looking for someone with great administrative skills and a positive attitude. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Matric certificate (Sales and/or Marketing qualification is a plus).
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales and marketing within the ICT industry.
  • Strong computer skills, especially with MS Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and people-handling skills.
  • Solid organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
