Are you a seasoned sales professional with a passion for the ICT sector and a proven track record in Public Sector account management? What You’ll Be Doing

As a Sales Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships while achieving ambitious revenue targets. Your role is crucial to our success, and you will be empowered to make a real impact.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the full sales cycle for a defined vertical and customer base.
  • Developing and executing a strategic account plan to meet corporate objectives.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to sell new enterprise solutions and achieve growth targets.
  • Ensuring data quality and integrity on our CRM platform, Salesforce.

This role is not just about making sales; it’s about building lasting partnerships and delivering exceptional value to our public sector clients.


Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong background in ICT sales and a deep understanding of the public sector.

Minimum requirements:

  • Experience:
    • A minimum of 5 years of ICT experience in an Account Management role.
    • Or, a minimum of 7 years of ICT experience in an Account Management role if you have a Grade 12 qualification.
    • Must have experience in the Public Sector.
  • Qualifications: An NQF 6 qualification (3-year Degree/Diploma/National Diploma in IT/Engineering or Sales/Marketing) is required. A Grade 12 (NQF 4) with 7 years of experience is also acceptable.
  • Skills: We’re looking for someone with strong skills in account planning, sales pipeline management, and relationship building. You should be a persuasive and influential communicator who is dedicated to delivering results.

This is a hybrid remote worker position, offering flexibility while allowing you to collaborate with the team. You must also have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel both locally and internationally.
