About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Supervisor to join our team in Stellenbosch. The ideal candidate possesses a comprehensive understanding of store operations and a proven ability to meet sales targets. You should have practical experience in retail administration, cash handling procedures, staff management, and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Performance: Drive store performance to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Stock & Inventory Control: Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure efficient inventory management practices.
  • Operations & Administration: Oversee all internal processes, ensuring strict adherence to company policies and smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Employee Satisfaction: Foster a positive, supportive, and highly motivated team environment.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Deliver exceptional customer service and effectively resolve any customer concerns.

Minimum Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar retail supervisory role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and relevant retail management systems.
  • Strong understanding of cash handling, stock management, and compliance with administrative procedures.
  • Solid knowledge of retail policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing customer service, staff, inventory, and sales.
  • Exceptional organizational and planning skills.
  • Flexibility and availability to work weekends, public holidays, and various shifts as required.
