What You’ll Do

As a Relationship Executive, you’ll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of small business clients. Your role is about more than just banking; it’s about becoming a trusted advisor and a key partner in their success.

Here’s a glimpse of what your day-to-day will look like:

• Relationship Management: You’ll be the face of the bank for our small business clients, owning the primary relationship and acting as their go-to person for all their corporate and investment banking needs.
• Client Solutions: You will take charge of delivering exceptional service. This means leading a cross-functional team of experts, including credit analysts, transactional bankers, and product specialists, to create tailored solutions that meet our clients’ unique needs.
• Risk Management: You’ll ensure the health of your portfolio by proactively managing risk and ensuring both the bank and our clients are in full compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s Degree and professional qualifications in Business, Commerce, or Management Studies. But beyond the qualifications, we’re looking for someone who is driven, empathetic, and ready to make a real impact.
