As a Regional Hub Manager, you’ll be a key player in our success. You’ll lead by example, building strong relationships with store owners and managers while training and inspiring your team to achieve their targets. This role requires a strategic thinker who is analytical, influential, and has a strong understanding of the retail landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy: Drive sell-out by negotiating space, monitoring pricing, and implementing innovative promotional activities.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage a full-service team, ensuring they have the skills and motivation to meet all client objectives.
• Operational Excellence: Resolve red flag issues, manage budgets and expenses, and ensure all processes are running efficiently.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, customers, and staff.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

To be a successful candidate, you’ll need:

• A relevant Diploma/Degree at NQF level 6 or 7.
• A Code 08 driver’s license.
• A minimum of 3-4 years of sales experience, with 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role within an FMCG, Cellular, or Consumer Electronics environment.
• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and financial acumen.
