What You’ll Be Doing

As a Quality Engineer, you’ll be at the forefront of our quality control efforts. Your responsibilities will include:

• Quality Control & Training: You’ll audit internal processes, provide analytical insights to management, and train our QC team members. You’ll also oversee all inspections and final product releases.
• Production Oversight: You’ll manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), perform in-house calibrations, and support ISO9001 audits. Your role will also involve addressing supplier quality issues and customer complaints.
• Technical Expertise: You’ll lead departmental improvement projects and inspect complex parts at various stages using advanced gauges and techniques. You’ll be the one to notify relevant stakeholders of any non-conforming parts.
• Compliance: You’ll perform all necessary activities to meet our QA/QC quality objectives and ensure all documentation and inspection standards are met.

Is This You?

We’re looking for a candidate who is passionate about quality and has a strong technical background. The ideal person for this role will have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial or Mechanical).
• 3–5 years of experience as a Quality Engineer.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, with SAP experience being a big advantage.
• A valid driver’s license.
