Your Mission: Lead and Deliver

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of new systems and technologies that enhance our operations. You’ll work closely with both our clients and internal teams to ensure a seamless and successful implementation process from start to finish.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading Projects: You will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of systems and software projects, ensuring they align with our strategic objectives.
• Managing Stakeholders: You will work with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable delivery plans, providing clear, consistent progress reports along the way.
• Overseeing Timelines and Budgets: You will manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure all milestones are delivered on time and within scope.
• Collaborating: You will work with cross-functional teams across IT, finance, and operations to ensure technical solutions are fully integrated.
• Refining Processes: You will continuously monitor and evaluate project processes, introducing improvements to increase efficiency and reduce risk.

Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. A PMP certification is preferred, and agile or hybrid delivery credentials are a strong advantage.

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 5 years of experience managing systems implementation or enterprise software integration projects.
• A proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within scope.
• Proficiency in delivery frameworks like Waterfall, SDLC, Agile, and hybrid models.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to manage expectations across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience managing project budgets, resource planning, and vendor coordination.
