- Manage project financials, including vendor services, invoicing, licensing, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure successful project delivery.
- Identify and document incident reports with the Quality Management group and ensure timely closure.

- Lead through influence and collaboration.
- Balance project risks with business priorities while maintaining client confidence.
- Effectively manage escalations and ensure timely follow-up and closure.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Proven experience in Project Management or a related role.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and deliver high-quality results.
- Experience managing budgets and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Comfortable presenting to diverse or large audiences.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently when needed.
Desirable:
- Background in Pharmaceuticals, Medical Education, or CROs.
