• Qualifications: An IT Degree or Diploma, coupled with a PMP or equivalent certification, is a must.
• Technical Skills: You should be an expert in both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies. Strong experience with tools like JIRA and Confluence is essential.
• Leadership: You must possess excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. You’ll be managing multiple projects simultaneously, so solid business and financial acumen is critical.
