As a Project Engineer, you will be at the forefront of implementing our leading Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system, ensuring our clients achieve operational excellence.


What You’ll Be Doing

As a Project Engineer, you’ll be a key player in the implementation of the On Key EAM system. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Implementation and Collaboration: You’ll participate in the full lifecycle of system implementation, from gathering requirements and analyzing business processes to configuring the EAM system. You’ll collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure data migration and system integration are carried out effectively.
  • Project Management: You’ll be responsible for updating project plans, managing timelines, and ensuring the timely delivery of projects. You will also identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Technical Support: You’ll provide technical support and troubleshooting during the implementation phase and after the go-live. You’ll also conduct user training sessions and create technical documentation to ensure a seamless transition for our clients.
  • Client Support: You’ll deliver ad-hoc client support, training, and projects, ensuring the highest level of service and helping clients optimize their asset management processes.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

The ideal candidate for this role is a motivated and skilled professional with a solid technical background.

  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in EAM/CMMS system implementation is required.
  • Education: A tertiary qualification such as a B Eng Degree, B Tech Degree, or an N Diploma is a must.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with On Key or similar platforms like Maximo, SAP PM, or Infor EAM is advantageous but not essential. Experience with SQL databases, reporting tools such as Qlic and SSRS, and API integration is also a plus.
