What You’ll Be Doing

As a Production Quantity Surveyor, you’ll be a key player in our dynamic team, contributing to the success of complex infrastructure and building projects from inception to completion. Your responsibilities will include:

• Financial Management: You’ll manage all contract administration and financial processes for your projects.
• Costing & Reporting: You will deliver accurate project costings and financial reports.
• Team Collaboration: You will support multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and project delivery.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a seasoned professional with a strong background in Quantity Surveying and a passion for excellence. The ideal candidate will have:

• Qualifications: A Degree in Quantity Surveying.
• Registration: You must be a Registered Professional (PrQS) with SACQSP.
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of post-registration experience is required.
• Skills: Proven experience in professional consulting QS environments and a solid background in JBCC and NEC contracts administration and financial management are essential. Experience in Project or Programme Management is a bonus.

This is a permanent position in Cape Town with a highly competitive salary ranging from R500,000 to R720,000 per annum, based on experience.
